**Overview**:
You will lead a Smart Building program focused on modernizing and integrating technical infrastructure across multiple sites. Responsibilities include defining and managing planning, budget, and governance; supervising projects involving LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, fiber, IoT, GTB (Building Management Systems), and datacenters; coordinating internal teams and external suppliers; ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets using methodologies like PMBoK, Prince2, and SAFe; managing risks and stakeholder communication; and contributing to process industrialization and operational sustainability.

**Qualifications**:

- Senior Project Manager with expertise in network infrastructure and Smart Building integration
- Experience in complex, multi-site programs
- Skills in Azure AKS, datacenter management, IoT integration, ITIL v4, LAN/WAN, risk and stakeholder management, budget and change management
- Experience in public or semi-public sectors is a plus
- PMP or Prince2 Practitioner certification preferred
- Agile certification (Scrum Master or SAFe) is a plus

**Languages**:
French (native or bilingual)

English (full professional proficiency)

Dutch (elementary proficiency)
