Om ons departement Technology & Infrastructure te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een Project Manager - Fire Technics.
Het doel van de Project Manager is het coördineren van projecten (zowel renovatie van installaties als nieuwe installaties) op de site van de luchthaven, om de verdere ontwikkeling en optimalisering van de luchthaveninfrastructuur te garanderen.
In deze functie zal je rapporteren aan de Senior Project Manager.
**Wat je bij ons zal realiseren**:
Als Project Manager volg je projecten op van A-Z. Deze taken zijn hier onlosmakelijk aan verbonden:
- Voorstudie en studie van de projecten: behoeftenanalyse, opstellen lastenboek, offerte beoordeling en shortlist maken van interessante providers (samen met Procurement)
- Organisatie en leiding van de werkzaamheden tot definitieve oplevering: sturing geven aan leveranciers en onderaannemers, waken over het resultaat, beheer van de technische fiches, etc.
- Administratief en financieel beheer: opmaak van prijsaanvragen en kostenramingen, opvolging van het budget, controle van de vorderingsstaten, opvolging schadedossiers, etc.
**Wat jou onderscheidt**:
- Je hebt een ruime ervaring in technische projecten en je hebt een goede kennis van de speciale technieken, met branddetectie
- en preventie systemen in het bijzonder.
- Je bent op de hoogte van de wet
- en regelgeving rond branddetectie
- en preventie.
- In overleg schakel je zonder aarzelen tussen Nederlands, Frans en Engels
- Je omschrijft jezelf als resultaatsgericht en hands-on
- Contact met verschillende stakeholders is helemaal jouw ding. Intern, extern en op alle niveaus
