Senior Claims Manager (f/m/x) | French + Dutch + English speaking

Deine Aufgaben

Within Claims, the Claims Manager will be responsible for ensuring performance in line with the strategy and delivering lean, excellent services with high quality and efficiency. Your role and responsibilities will include but not be limited to ensuring that our operations run effectively, delivering results that support MILES growth.
- Manage your team, meet or exceed key performance indicators and report directly to our Management team.
- Recruit, manage and inspire a team of claim managers & specialists and be passionate about their career development.
- Ensure continuous development of the team, share best practices, organize training/workshops.
- You will also be responsible for organizing and structuring the team.
- Serve as a member of the leadership team, identify issues, contribute ideas/solutions, and support the team in all actions.
- Drive and support global initiatives to improve MILES overall performance
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to address business needs.
- Close collaboration with the Berlin based Claims Team in our MILES HQ.
- You can identify a variety of accidents and help your team make the correct decisions.
- You liaise with our law firms and follow up with them on a regular basis.

- At least multiple years of experience in claims handling is mandatory / Ideally in an insurance company or in claims settlement.
- Vehicle accident handling has no secrets for you.
- Proven track record in building, mentoring and inspiring a high performing professional team.
- You are a team player and want to improve urban mobility with us.
- Data-driven mindset, strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French, Dutch and English.
- Strong project/program management skills.
