**What will your responsibilities be?**
As Talent Manager, you will be responsible for talent acquisition, development and retention.
You will support employees throughout their career with the CRM Group, ensuring their personal development and career prospects, working closely with key players including local managers.
- You will ensure the smooth integration of new employees into the CRM Group;
- You will plan successions and create a talent management environment by implementing development programs that help employees advance their skills and careers;
- You will manage the performance appraisal process, ensuring that it is aligned with the CRM Group's goals and objectives.
- You will ensure the development of deliverables such as performance dashboards/measurements, training plans, succession plans, etc.
In addition, your scope of action will cover a wide range of cross-functional topics and responsibilities, such as active participation in HR initiatives and new projects, continuous improvement of HR processes, contribution to the development of the employer brand, internal communications, etc.
**Who are you?**
- You have a Master's degree in human resources management or a related discipline;
- You have at least 5 years' experience in a similar position;
- You have in-depth knowledge of recruitment practices, integration processes and talent management;
- You are comfortable with IT and have a good command of the Office 365 suite, SharePoint, Teams, and any other tools necessary/useful to the function including LinkedIn Recruiter ;
- You are creative and have a spirit of continuous improvement, so you will help to develop internal processes;
- You are fluent in French, English and Dutch.
