**What you’ll do**
- Analysing, optimising and automating processes within the financial department. Formulating, investigating, executing and following up the necessary improvement proposals
- Preparation of management reports
- Preparation and follow-up of budget and forecast
- Analysis of monthly financial figures and thinking strategically with the company
- Preparing analyses and presentations for external stakeholders
- In this role, you are in frequent contact with the various business departments nationally and internationally and you take initiatives to cooperate and exchange information.
- You have a broad business insight and can consult with them and achieve results together
- Ad-hoc tasks (e.g. coordinating the start-up of an office abroad)
- In short, in this position you will be involved in the hands-on development of analyses, but at the same time you will also help determine the strategic direction of our company
**Requirements**:

- Master or Bachelor in an economic direction
- You have at least 5 years of experience, preferably as a controller (experience with budgets, forecasting, consolidation etc.)
- You are fluent in Dutch & English
- Excel has no secrets for you
- You like working in a scale-up environment
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit
- You have a hands-on mentality, can work proactively and have good problem solving skills

No knowledge of a certain topic? No problem at all.
If you are not afraid to dive into certain topics and you can take matters into your own hands, you will certainly fit in with this organisation.

**Extra points if you** have experience with Exact Online & if you are fluent in German.
