Context

In an ever-changing tax environment, by actively and efficiently managing the tax aspects related to its clients' investments, our bank aims to offer its clients a quality service in tax matters while complying with its legal obligations.

The operational Tax department plays a key role in the organisation, managing all operational aspects of tax and helping to analyse the tax aspects of various files and projects.

The function's objectives are to:

- ensure compliance with the bank's obligations in tax matters relating to client investments;
- provide a high-quality service to clients in terms of reporting and tax recovery;
- take charge of projects with a tax impact;

Your Position
- You will take part in the tax analysis of specific cases;
- You will participate in the monitoring of legislative changes and be involved in their implementation;
- You will participate in the implementation of procedures and identify opportunities to improve processes and the services provided to clients;
- You will take part in working groups within the bank to analyse the various aspects of tax law.

Your Profile
- Master's or Bachelor's degree.
- You are customer-oriented and provide an optimal service that meets the needs and contributes to the satisfaction of our customers;
- You are capable of working to strict deadlines, and of planning and organising your own work and that of other team members to meet those deadlines;
- You have good stress management skills;
- You are able to manage problems effectively and find pragmatic solutions;
- You enjoy sharing your knowledge and encouraging the development of your colleagues;
- You are a proponent of change and are able to help your colleagues in this process;
- You are a real Team Player and work actively with other teams;
- You take a particular interest in ensuring that all the players involved in the processes for which you are responsible understand each other.
- It would be an asset to have very good knowledge of:

- Belgian and international taxation of income from movable property
- Application of double taxation agreements
- Banking and regulatory environment;
