Functieomschrijving

Déhora is een full-service adviesbureau op het gebied van workforce planning. Samen met onze opdrachtgever SEB Professional Belux gaan we op zoek naar een Service Planner.
- Als service planner zorg je voor een efficiënte en correcte planning van 17 tot 20 service techniekers die actief zijn in België en in Luxemburg.
- Samen met je collega planners en collega’s van de logistieke afdeling, zorg je voor een feilloze service aan elke klant (horeca, hospitality, kantoren,).
- Je behandelt aanvragen voor plaatsingen, onderhouden en herstellingen van koffiemachines en waterfilters.
- Bij last-minute aanvragen zorg je voor een succesvolle wijziging in de planning.
- Je overlegt dagelijks met je collega’s van administratie en technical support.
- Je houdt klanten, partners en koffiebranders actief op de hoogte van de planning en de (lever)termijnen.
- Je onderhoudt dagelijkse contacten met de service techniekers.
- Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Operations Manager.

Vanuit het splinternieuwe kantoor en showroom in Aartselaar, zorgen vandaag zo’n 40 medewerkers voor een feilloze service aan de horeca, overheidsinstellingen, kantoorgebouwen, benzinestations en particuliere ondernemingen. Profiel
- Je hebt ervaring met service planning, dispatching of planning van techniekers.
- Technische affiniteit is een plus.
- Je hebt kennis van Outlook en Excel.
- Je kan rekenen op een goed portie gezond verstand en je hanteert een consequente handelswijze.
- Je kan uitstekend communiceren in het Nederlands. Je spreekt ook een aardig woordje Frans en Engels.
- Je bent empathisch ingesteld en je hecht veel belang aan een goede verstandhouding met je service techniekers.
- Je hebt commerciële feeling en je begrijpt het belang van goede klantencontacten.
- Je bent respectvol en vertrouwt op de expertise van je collega’s bij het maken van beslissingen.
