Come and join our Logistics team because we are looking for an experienced **Transport Manager **on a permanent basis

In this position the role holder will be responsible for managing all EMEA Transport processes and efficiently manage and control all EMEA transport operations whilst achieving agreed budget and service levels.

In addition, you will also:

- Contribute to the creation and implementation of EMEA practice Transport vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
- Ensure all logistics providers comply with Hologic regulations and requirements.

**Essential Experience & Skills Required**:

- Proven experience in a logistics environment
- Previous experience in a management role with the ability to manage and motivate others.
- Experience in Pharma, medical devices, food, or regulated products supply chains

**Preferred Experience & Skills**:

- Knowledge and understanding of lean techniques would be advantageous.
- Familiar with ERP systems like Oracle / SAP and Planning forecasting software’s.
