**WAT GA JE DOEN?**
- Het beheer van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem (KMS) voor België;
- Onderhoud van het KMS op de SharePoint website;
- Harmonisatie van operationele processen en het delen van best practices
- Ondersteuning geven aan de onderneming als geheel en tevens aan verschillende afdelingen en disciplines voor het behalen / behouden van onderstaande certificeringen in België:
ISO9001:2015, BOSEC (Fire Alarm Installateur), BOSEC (Fire Suppression Installateur), FISQ certificaathouder Detectie
- en alarmsystemen, gas
- en poederblussystemen, INCERT (Bewakingscentrale), BRL100 F-gassen, mogelijk nieuwe certificeringstrajectenin de toekomst.
- Zorgdragen voor zgn. conformiteitsverklaringen
- Zorgdragen voor continue verbetering in de performance door regelmatige evaluatie van processen;
- Uitvoeren van interne audits en het opvolgen/coördineren van geconstateerde tekortkomingen en gedane aanbevelingen;
- Mede registreren van klachten, een oorzaakanalyse hierop uitvoeren en uit de klachtenanalyse aanbevelingen doen voor verbetering;
- Introductie van nieuwe medewerkers m.b.t. het KMS en processen
- Adviseren over efficiencyverbetering door vereenvoudiging van de processen;
- Input leveren aan Sales tenders m.b.t. kwaliteitsonderwerpen
- Borgen dat de processen van de verschillende afdelingen op elkaar aansluiten en resulteren in een totaalproces van uitsluitend waarde toevoegende handelingen.
**WAAR KOM JE TE WERKEN?**
- Je bent onderdeel van een dynamisch team dat zorgdraagt voor Kwaliteit, Veiligheid, Gezondheid en Milieu in de Benelux; Je rapporteert aan de Regional Quality Manager;
- Je standplaats is Groot-Bijgaarden (Brussel), maar gedeeltelijk thuiswerken behoort tot de mogelijkheden;
- Je bezoekt andere JCI locaties en klantlocaties, indien noodzakelijk.
**WAT NEEM JE MEE?**
- Een afgeronde HBO-opleiding in de richting van Kwaliteitsmanagement
- of vergelijkbare opleiding of aantoonbaar gelijkwaardig werk
- en denkniveau;
- Kennis van brandveiligheids
- en beveiligingssystemen danwel de bereidheid dit verder te ontwikkelen;
- Een (elektro)technische achtergrond is een pre;
- Kennis van TPM, WCM, Lean en Six Sigma is een pre;
- Je bent flexibel inzetbaar binnen de België en de Benelux en beschikt over een rijbewijs categorie B;
- Je bent vertrouwd met de gangbare MS Office programma's als Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint en Teams;
- Nederlands, Frans en Engels in woord en geschrift
- Goede sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden;
- Je bent in staat een team te motiveren zonder de hiërarchische bevoegdheid;
- Een flexibele, creatieve en proactieve instelling.
