Bij Zero Friction hebben we een duidelijke missie: we maken facturatie en klantinteractie voor de warmte
- en koude markt eenvoudig. We bieden een innovatief, gebruiksvriendelijk en eenvoudig te implementeren Software-as-a Service platform aan dat warmte
- en koude leveranciers maximaal ondersteunt. Zo vereenvoudigen we bedrijfsprocessen en verhogen we klanttevredenheid. Fantastisch, toch?
Naast de software bieden we ook de service aan aan onze klanten. Ons Software Service team draagt dus sterk bij aan ons succesverhaal. Zij fungeren als het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de eindklanten (afnemers) van de warmteleveranciers, door de verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor de opvolging en afhandeling van administratieve processen in onze eigen software. Denk hierbij aan meetdataverwerking, in
- en uithuisprocessen, facturatie en betalingsverwerkingen. Ben jij volgende Software Service Representative die zich hierover gaat ontfermen?
**Verantwoordelijkheden**
- Bouw sterke, langdurige relaties met onze klanten
- Beheer de processen voor onze klanten in onze eigen software
- Word de centrale contactpersoon voor klanten binnen Zero Friction en bied hen een uitstekende ondersteuning
- Communiceer proactief over projectvoortgang, stel verwachtingen helder en zorg voor de stipte naleving van afspraken
- Verwerk meetdata, beheer verhuisprocessen, en zorg voor nauwkeurige facturatie en betalingsverwerking
- Los klantvragen snel en effectief op via tickets en telefoongesprekken
- In nauwe samenwerking met ons product team help je ons product mee te verbeteren
