Als Customer Service Specialist werk je voor onze Key Account gespecialiseerd in de Automotive. Je bent het Single Point of Contact voor alle transport gerelateerde vragen en opdrachten.

**Jouw takenpakket**:

- Verwerken van de binnenkomende orders (ontvangen, controleren en afstemmen met de transportplanning
- Opvolgen van de transportopdrachten (afhaling en levering)
- Behandelen en analyseren van problemen

Samen met de klant en onze onderaannemers werk je een oplossing uit
- Behandelen van klachten of escalaties
- Registratie van afwijkingen
- Diverse administratieve taken zoals opmaak transportopdrachten, controle van de binnengekomen facturen,

**Profiel**
- Je hebt een eerste administratieve ervaring achter de rug
- Je hebt een grote affiniteit met transport
- Je beschikt over een sterke kennis Nederlands en Engels
- Je bent gestructureerd, ordelijk en nauwkeurig
- Je beschikt over een sterke communicatievaardigheden
