Om het customer service teams van Engie in Brussel te versterken zijn wij op zoek naar **Customer Service Admin Officers**
**JOUW UITDAGING als Customer Service Admin Officer**:
- Je informeert onze klanten schriftelijk dat wij hun dossier ter harte nemen naar aanleiding van hun klachten die je voornamelijk ontvangt via de ombudsman energie.
- Je voert administratieve taken uit zoals het introduceren van het klachtendossier in de klantenapplicatie en het doorsturen van de juiste informatie naar de juiste dienst zodat de klacht kan worden verholpen.
- Je werkt in een team en jullie gezamenlijk doel is om de klanten aan Engie te binden en hen de béste dienstverlening te geven op elk moment dat ze met Engie in contact komen.
- Je rapporteert in deze functie aan de People Manager van customer service.
**JOUW PROFIEL als Customer Service Admin Officer**:
- Je communiceert schriftelijk in een duidelijk en foutloos Nederlands. Een goed begrip van het geschreven Frans is onontbeerlijk.
- Je houdt ervan om problemen op te lossen en gaat daarbij nauwkeurig en analytisch te werk.
- Je bent snel weg met nieuwe materie.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office, ervaring met SAP / CRM is een pluspunt
