**About the Role**

As a Bio DS Supply Expert, you will ensure the development, integration and standardization of processes of the new Bio production building. You will oversee the inventory and distribution of materials critical to biologics manufacturing operations. You will ensure the uninterrupted flow of GMP-compliant supplies and materials, support production timelines, and uphold quality standards aligned with regulatory requirements. You will play a pivotal role between supply chain, production, quality, and external vendors to ensure operational excellence.

**Who You Will Work With**

You will work closely with internal clients, production teams, quality assurance, and external suppliers. You will also interact with various stakeholders to ensure compliance and optimal outcomes.

**What You Will Do**
- Develop, standardize and integrate the planning processes to align with the existing processes to similar production buildings/sites.
- Lead the sourcing, ordering, receiving, and inventory of raw materials, consumables, and components.
- Leverage state-of-the-art technologies and industry benchmarks to optimize our supply chain processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Set-up and maintain strategic inventory levels to balance business needs, storage capacity, and inventory cost.
- Partner closely with production, quality, and planning teams to ensure material availability.
- Ensure all supply chain processes are compliant with cGMP regulations and internal SOPs.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, quality, and suppliers to resolve material issues.
- Drive improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and compliance within materials management.
- Generate and maintain KPIs related to supply chain performance and inventory metrics.
- Provide guidance and support to junior supply coordinators and other supply collaborators.
- Support multi-million-euro projects designed to expand and enhance production capabilities, driving operational excellence and long-term value creation.

**Interested? For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills**
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, life sciences, biotechnology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of supply chain or materials coordination experience.
- 5 years in a GMP-regulated biomanufacturing or pharmaceutical environment desired.
- Strong understanding of cGMP, GDP, and quality documentation practices.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and inventory management tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Hands-on mentality and stress resistance and ability to have a global overview, define a vision, and set objectives.
- Fluent in French and English.
