**Skillset**:

- Experienced in online traffic building.
- Able to translate online marketing strategies into metrics-driven campaigns.
- Successful track record on managing b-to-b Lead & sales generation.
- Extensive knowledge of SEO, SEA and social media advertising
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
**What are the key activities executing this job**:

- Plan and co-ordinate the lead generation campaigns with the internal IT department and external development partners.
- Develop and manage the traffic building part of the overall online marketing plan, based on defined online marketing growth strategies.
- Detailed execution of the traffic building plan, and keep all stakeholders involved & participating.
- Create and manage content calendars and project timelines to complete marketing activities and publish in a timely manner.
- Have a creative mindset to build copy and image briefings to define effective content.
- Assist with day to day marketing objectives to support the growth of the marketing department’s goals
- Ensure all marketing assets are on-brand and aligned with the global business strategy
- Maintain a high level of industry awareness, and effectively share those insights when appropriate
- Provide ideas as well as opportunities to assist and enhance sales results and marketing impact
- Monitor campaign costs to ensure that the final cost falls within the agreed budget.
- Measure the ROI of your marketing projects, and report back in to our organization.
**Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years online marketing experience
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing
- Proven track record in SEO, SEA and social media advertising
