La Direction Générale Simplification et Digitalisation (DG SD) du SPF Stratégie et Appui (SPF BOSA) recherche un Analyste métier pour renforcer l'équipe d'architecture d'entreprise. Vos tâches principales liées à cette fonction sont réparties sur deux axes:
Vous analysez, modélisez et documentez le fonctionnement de l'organisation. Cela couvre par exemple la documentation des 'capabilities' de l'organisation sous la forme d'une 'capability map'. La modélisation se fait principalement en ArchiMate, en suivant les métamodèles qui ont été définis par l'organisation (mais d'autres types de modèles comme le BPMN ou l'UML sont également possible). Lors des exercices d'analyse et de modélisation, vous organisez des interviews et des workshops avec les experts métiers afin de rassembler toutes les informations utiles.
De manière plus transversale, vous préparez également tout le matériel de support pour pouvoir présenter et expliquer les résultats des analyses au management ou à d'autres stakeholders.
