Job Title **:Project Manager**

Report to: Senior Project Manager

Our organization, a rapidly growing leader in the exhibition, is seeking dynamic and highly organized professionals for the role of Project Manager.
- **Roles and Responsibilities**_

The Project manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific projects for an organization while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope.

Roles and responsibilities also include:

- Coordinate and lead planning sessions for project development and execution
- Identify, report on problems while suggesting problem solving solutions and derived amendments, adjustments to the project plans.
- Manage staffing and other resource needs to maximize potential for successful execution of projects
- Influence other project contributors to achieve timeliness of action and improved productivity
- Define project objectives and scope, identifying involvement of internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct risk analysis to reduce unforeseen obstacles and costs
- Create detailed schedule, project parameters, and budget expectations
- Conduct periodic scope, schedule, and cost reviews using industry best practices, to identify needed adjustments
- Measure project performance and progress throughout project execution
- Manage all project stakeholders expectations to maintain productive and engaged relationships
- Document project activities, obstacles, costs, and results
- Provide summarized project plan documentation to the Senior Project Manager and other stakeholders as needed
- Collaborate with and lead teams to deliver results on schedule and within budget limits
- Execute other role duties as assigned
- **Requirements**_

Bachelor's degree in related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management

Demonstrates ability to encourage and persuade others to perform project tasks as assigned in order to ensure project progress

Proficiency with industry-standard project manager tools and software

Experience with client management and internal departmental communications

Proven track record of successful project management

Strong technical background in industry

Project management methodologies and technology is mandatory

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent contract

Pay: €3.000,00 - €3.500,00 per month

**Benefits**:

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary

- Project Management: 5 years (preferred)
