Stater Belgium is op zoek naar een **Business Analyst** ter versterking van haar Operations departement, dienst Customer Journeys. Wij staan garant voor een hoogkwalitatieve financiële dienst ten aanzien van verschillende grootbanken en verzekeringsmaatschappijen in België.
**Doel van je functie**:
Je maakt de link tussen business en ICT bij de uitwerking van verbetertrajecten. Daarnaast doe je aan projectcoördinatie tussen de verschillende diensten van Operations.
**Je taken**:
- Link tussen business en ICT:
- Onderzoekt en beoordeelt wederkerende en/of structurele ICT-problemen binnen de business;
- Legt linken met andere businessvragen, groepeert eventueel vragen en schat de impact in van wijzigingen op het geheel van de systemen, zoekt naar efficiënte/globale oplossingen, pleegt daartoe overleg met supervisors en managers en formuleert voorstellen t.a.v het ICT -departement;
- Hij/zij kan bovendien deel uitmaken van de Change Advisory Board.
- Kwaliteitsbewaking en verbetertrajecten:
- Onderzoekt bestaande werkwijzen in samenspraak met de diensten en werkt verbetertrajecten uit;
- Volgt de nieuwe ontwikkelingen en de implementatie op.
- Projectcoördinatie:
- Coördineert binnen Operations alle lopende projecten en rapporteert op systematische wijze de vooruitgang aan de Manager Customer Journeys/Safe Business en de Manager Operations.
- Beheer archiveringsysteem:
- Is functioneel eigenaar van het archiveringsysteem Hyarchis.
- Procedurenota’s:
- Doet de opvolging van de aan te passen procedurenota’s;
- Schrijft zelf procedurenota’s in samenspraak met supervisors en managers.
- Fraude / Risk:
- Dient bij de uitvoering van de activiteiten specifiek oog te hebben voor de risico’s verbonden aan de processen.
**Je profiel**:
- Je hebt 1 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
- Je hebt een bachelordiploma in economische, financiële of technische wetenschappen
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Frans
- Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel, Word, PowerPoint en Visio
- Je bent klantgericht, analytisch en communicatief sterk
