Our client, a major player in the Banking Sector, is looking for a **Business Analyst**in Brussels to support a **Datawarehouse Migration Project**.

The first phase involves reviewing, documenting, and challenging existing use cases, many of which rely on Shadow/Light IT solutions. The goal is to compile these use cases into user requirements, collaborate with Architecture, IT Reporting, and other stakeholders, and define technical solutions.

You will then be responsible for producing functional specifications, overseeing development and testing, and supporting change management.

**Responsibilities**
- Identify and document current use cases for the datawarehouse.
- Analyze and challenge existing Shadow/Light IT solutions.
- Define and compile business/user requirements.
- Work with Architecture, IT Reporting, and stakeholders to identify solutions.
- Write detailed functional specifications for development teams.
- Oversee the development, testing, and validation phases.
- Support change management efforts to ensure a smooth transition.

**Profile and Skills**:

- An experience in Datawarehouse & Reporting projects.
- Strong knowledge of PowerBI, PowerQuery, SQL, and Python.
- Experience gathering and defining business requirements.
- Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders in English.
- Experience leading testing and development phases.
