Als Projectmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de opzet en uitvoering van één of meerdere businesstransformatieprojecten, inclusief de implementatie van ondersteunende digitale tools.

**Verwachtingen voor de service**
De service omvat de volgende taken:

- Bijdragen aan het vaststellen en behalen van de langetermijnvisie voor bedrijfsprocessen en ICT-systemen.
- Sterke business cases ontwikkelen ter ondersteuning van het portfolio management.
- Projecten voorbereiden en opzetten, inclusief het definiëren van de scope; het definiëren van activiteiten; het schatten van budget en middelen; enzovoort.
- Projecten beheren, inclusief het opvolgen van planning, scope, middelen en kwaliteit; risicomanagement en probleemoplossing; enzovoort.
- Projectteams leiden zodat ze als een samenhangend team functioneren, competent en gemotiveerd zijn om de projectdoelen zoals gepland te bereiken.
- Veranderingen naar het bedrijfsleven en gebruikers beheren: implementatie (harmonisatie, planning, uitvoering, training) en wederzijdse coördinatie (governance) van complexe veranderactiviteiten met hoge toegevoegde waarde om de realisatie van projectdoelen te waarborgen.
- Communiceren en rapporteren aan SteerCo & Portfolio Management en alle andere belanghebbenden om ervoor te zorgen dat alle belanghebbenden de informatie hebben die ze nodig hebben om hun missie binnen het project te vervullen.
- Indien van toepassing, externe partners selecteren voor sommige projecten (inclusief juridische aspecten, definitie van zakelijke vereisten, enzovoort).
- Zaken gedaan krijgen.

**Aanvullende technische informatie**:Vereiste competenties**:

- Je hebt een masterdiploma in een technische of economische richting, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- Je hebt mínimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring als projectmanager en/of programmamanager.
- Ervaring met Scrum Agile, Prince2 of PMP-methodologie is absoluut een pluspunt.
- In staat om te gaan met een complexe en snel veranderende omgeving (met mogelijke impact op de missies waarvoor je oorspronkelijk bent ingeschakeld).
- Zeer goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Goed in stakeholdermanagement, inclusief de vakbonden, bedrijfsafdelingen (infrastructuur en andere), controlling, IT en Group Innovation.
- Ervaring in de publieke sector is een pluspunt.
- Ervaring in de energiesector of binnen een “infrastructure engineering & construction” omgeving is absoluut een pluspunt.
- Affiniteit met digitalisering, businessanalyse, verandermanagement en IT.
- Je bent flexibel, positief, gepassioneerd en proactief.
- Je kunt een projectteam beheren en motiveren.
- Je kunt goed organiseren en plannen (inclusief het organiseren van besluitvormingsprocessen).
- Talen:

- Vloeiend in het Frans of Nederlands. Je begrijpt de tweede taal.
- Vloeiend in het Engels.
