At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our UniQue team.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Collect, analyse and document Business Requirements and existing MS Excel-based processes.
- Business model and process analysis
- Assistance in Business Cases, Project Charters and Security Plans
- Interaction with the business analysts, customer, users, project leaders and the developers
- Documentation of business processes and end-user training material
- Management and content creation of local knowledge base (sharepoint intranet)
- Change management for the end users.
**Requirements**:
What will you be bringing to the team?
- Bachelor Degree in IT or related field and at least 11 years of professional experience in IT.
- At least 6 months of professional experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Professional experience with Microsoft Excel, for exampleadvanced Excel sheets (with macro/automation).
- Good knowledge of wikis and collaborative sites such as Sharepoint Online.
- Good knowledge of database design and querying (SQL).
- Ability to present/demo solutions to end users and train them.
- Good knowledge of presentation software (PowerPoint, videos ).
- Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.).
- Good knowledge of Agile methodology, Scrum Management.
- Good knowledge of UML.
- Knowledge of BPM, ARIS, Visio and JIRA.
- Ability to understand, speak and write in both French and English (level C1 in both).
