**What will you do?**
- Application Management:

- Implement upgrades and patches to improve security and functionality.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders:

- Understand organizational needs and translate them into IT solutions.

**What do you bring?**
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Strong project management skills to lead implementation or migration projects.
- Excellent organizational skills and efficiency.
- In-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
- Experience in creating and managing budgets.
- A strong mix of technical knowledge, communication skills, and organizational insight.
- Certification in one of the following:
ITIL

Prince2

SAFe
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

**Location**:
Hybrid work setup, 2 to 3 days per week on-site in the Antwerp area. The rest from home.
