Sander is looking for a **Business Analyst** for one of his clients in the** HealthCare sector** located in **Brussels**.

**Business Analyst - The Role**:
As a **Business Analyst**, you will play a **central role** in aligning **business needs** with **technological solutions**. You will be involved in a variety of projects linked to business process **optimization** and the **implementation** of **new digital solutions**.

**Your tasks include**:

- **
Business process analysis and optimization**: Identify and formalize the needs of different business teams and propose innovative solutions to optimize operational efficiency and decision-making.
- ** Requirements gathering & management**:Lead workshops with business users to define functional requirements.
- Write detailed specifications (business requirements, user stories).
- Work closely with IT teams and developers to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- ** Project monitoring & change management: Work** in Agile/Scrum methodology to ensure effective deployment of solutions. Support business teams in adopting new tools (training, support, documentation).

**Business Analyst - The Profile**:

- **Bachelor** or **Master** focused in a field with a strong quantitative approach (mathematics, physics, civil engineering, business engineering, economics or similar).
- ** 2-5 years** of experience as a **Business Analyst** or similar position. An experience in the **Healthcare sector**or** Pharmaceutical** will be a big plus.

**Business Analyst - The Offer**:

- **Full-Time contract with attractive Salary** : Up to **€5,000 gross**, depending on experience.
