Votre Mission

Vous faites partie de l’équipe Supply Chain au niveau du Customer Service et vous êtes un des points de contact avec les clients pour toutes les questions relatives aux offres, au traitement et suivi des commandes, à la livraison, et à la facturation.

Principales tâches et responsabilités
- Vous encodez dans SAP les commandes des machines et des pièces de rechange.
- Vous vous assurez avec les autres équipes de la Supply Chain (planning de production, magasin, achats) que les délais de livraisons promis seront respectés.
- Vous gérez l’expédition des commandes (transport, factures, bons de livraison).
- Vous communiquez proactivement avec les clients afin de leur donner les informations pertinentes relatives à leur commande.
- Vous recevez les questions des clients et vous collaborez avec les différents départements de l’entreprise afin d’apporter des réponses et d’assurer un excellent service à nos clients.
- Vous avez un bon sens pratique, vous avez à la fois une vue globale et un sens des détails sur les activités du département.
- Vous n’hésitez pas à proposer des points/pistes/projets d’amélioration continue au sein de l’équipe Supply Chain.

**Votre profil**:

- Vous êtes motivé(e) et enthousiaste dans votre travail.
- Vous êtes orienté(e)-clients et résistant(e) au stress.
- Vous travaillez de manière autonome, vous gérez votre temps efficacement.
- Vous aimez travailler en équipe et aimez collaborer avec d’autres département.
- Vous communiquez facilement.
- Vous vous sentez à l’aise avec un système informatique (tel que SAP), vous essayez de comprendre le fonctionnement du système afin d’en tirer le meilleur.
- Vous parlez le Français et l’Anglais, le Néerlandais est un plus.

**Formation - expérience**
- Niveau bachelier dans un des domaines suivants : commercial, supply chain, logistique, comptabilité.
- La connaissance du système SAP (module SD) est certainement un plus.
- Une expérience au sein d’un Customer Service est un plus.
