**About the role**

As a Portfolio Manager, you’ll be responsible for defining and managing the Portfolio of Capex Projects across different regions, divisions, and platforms. Reporting to Head of Engineering, you’ll work closely with Head of Operations to ensure alignment of the strategic priorities.

The role
- Leading on all aspects of the portfolio and project management, including definition, planning, execution, implementation, governance & control, financial, resource, and change management.
- Define and develop portfolio structure to provide appropriate governance, control and resources of programmes
- Coach, develop, and manage a team of project managers, providing clear directions and set objectives adopting an agile mentality
- Financial management, including forecasts and budgeting
- Conduct regular reviews, challenge the status quo, and drive informed decision-making about portfolio priorities
- Oversee and coordinate dependencies across the initiatives in the portfolio and resolve or escalate conflicts
- Define relevant reporting to assist with the optimisation of strategic investment

**About you**

What we are looking for
- Relevant experience in Portfolio Management and leading a team to deliver a portfolio of programs and projects
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to develop and communicate the portfolio objectives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong business acumen, excellent analytical, strategic planning and execution skills
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence
- Extensive experience in managing multiple workloads and complexity
- Engineering degree or similar qualifications
- Language skills: Fluent in English and Dutch. French, Spanish is desirable
