Voor onze klant, een **succesvol **en **ambitieus** **bouwbedrijf **gelegen in de regio van **Brussel**, zijn wij op zoek naar een **Junior Financial Controller**.
**Functieomschrijving**
- Je staat in voor de voorbereiding van de **tijdige en correcte maandelijkse afsluiting**, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met de andere financiële departementen.
- Je **rapporteert duidelijke financiële informatie** en bent in staat deze te **verklaren aan de verschillende stakeholders**.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de **nauwkeurige rapportering **met betrekking tot **betalingen **en de **financiële resultaten** van de onderneming.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de **kosten en inkomsten **correct worden toegewezen aan de verschillende afdelingen van het bedrijf.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de **nauwkeurige voorspelling** van de inkomsten en de prognoses.
- Je voert **controle en analyses** uit op maandbasis van de resultaten ten opzichte van het **vooropgesteld budget**. Hierbij zorg je ervoor dat het bedrijf binnen het budget blijft.
- Je staat nauw in contact met de **verschillende leidinggevenden** per departement om de **financiële resultaten te bespreken**.
**Profiel**
- Je behaalde een **diploma **in een **financiële **of **economische studierichting**.
- Je kan terugkijken op **enkele jaren relevante werkervaring **in een gelijkaardige functie.
- Je kan perfect werken met **Excel **en hebt enige kennis van bepaalde **ERP-systemen**.
- Je kan je zowel schriftelijk als mondeling goed uitdrukken in het **Nederlands **en in het **Frans**.
- Je kan goed **zelfstandig **werken, hebt **verantwoordelijkheidszin **en gaat **proactief **aan de slag.
- Je hebt een **analytische geest **en je bekijkt zaken graag op een **kritische manier**.
