SKINN is looking for a senior, sales-driven Account Manager with a strong commercial mindset and a clear affinity for branding, design and strategy. You work with ambitious, often international clients and build long-term relationships at a senior level.You are the main point of contact for clients, think proactively and combine commercial drive with a sharp sense of quality, structure and collaboration.Your roleAs an Account Manager, you are responsible for guiding clients and projects from A to Z. You deliberately balance your focus between commercial growth and strong account and project management, safeguarding both quality and profitability.This includes:Independently managing client relationships and projects, from intake and briefing to deliveryLeading new business and commercial discussions in close collaboration with the founder and senior team membersPreparing proposals, scopes of work and quotations, and actively contributing to closing dealsEnsuring a smooth transition from deal closing into the project and delivery phase, with clear alignment between commercial agreements and executionTranslating client needs into clear briefings and project plansCoordinating strategic and creative processes in close collaboration with internal teamsLeading and coordinating pitches and tenders for new business and public or private procurementsManaging colleagues and external partners with a clear view on planning, budget and scopeActively growing existing accounts and identifying commercial opportunities, with a strong focus on upselling and new businessBuilding and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with senior and international stakeholdersSafeguarding client satisfaction, quality and smooth collaborationWorking closely with clients and being regularly present with clients in Brussels, Antwerp and LimburgYour profileYou are an experienced Account Manager who thrives on client interaction, responsibility and growth.
