SII Belgium is looking for a dynamic and organized Project Management Officer to join our teamIn this role, you will support and drive project governance, coordination, and performance tracking across strategic initiatives. You'll act as a key facilitator between teams, stakeholders, and leadership, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and aligned with organizational standards.At SII Belgium, we empower our people and encourage entrepreneurship. As part of a European group of 16,000 engineers and digital experts, we offer a stimulating work environment where you can grow, innovate, and make an impact.Your MissionEstablish and maintain project governance structures, ensuring alignment with company standards and policies.Support project teams in planning, resource allocation, and timeline monitoring, using dynamic methods (e.g., PERT).Track project risks and mitigation plans, leading risk reviews and integrating scenarios into planning.Ensure project documentation is complete, accessible, and up to date; lead knowledge-sharing sessions.Engage stakeholders through workshops and regular updates to maintain alignment and commitment.Prepare reporting and financial tracking, providing clear visibility on progress, KPIs, and budgets.Promote PM best practices, train teams on tools/processes, and contribute to continuous improvement.Your ProfileMaster's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.Proven experience as a PMO in complex environments.Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence...).Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (PERT, Prince2, PMP...).Strong organizational skills, analytical mindset, and communication abilities.What We OfferA strategic role in a fast-growing and innovation-driven company.The opportunity to shape and improve project governance structures.Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.Ongoing training and certification support.A collaborative and inclusive work culture, backed by a European tech group.If you are passionate about project excellence and want to be part of a team driving transformation, we'd love to meet youApply now and join our journey at SII Belgium.
