Whether it's short-term operational support or long-term category management, Kronos by EPSA bridges talent and opportunity with precision and purpose.ContextTo support our continued growth, we are looking for experienced Project Management professionals to manage end-to-end projects for leading companies in sectors such as Pharmaceuticals, Energy, Transport, Telecom, Aeronautics, and more.This role offers the opportunity to further develop your project management expertise while benefiting from a personalized development plan, including targeted trainings and certifications in methodologies such as Prince2, Agile, Six Sigma, or PMI.Main ResponsibilitiesLead and manage client projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget and high-quality deliveryDevelop and execute project plans, covering timelines, governance, risk management and reportingDrive PMO activities and optimize project management frameworks, methodologies and toolsEnsure effective stakeholder alignment and communication across client teams and leadershipMonitor project performance, proactively manage risks and issues and ensure value deliverySupport change management initiatives and the adoption of new processes or systemsYour ProfileMaster's degree with a minimum of 3 years experience in Project ManagementStrong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Prince2, PMI) and familiarity with digital tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Wrike)Proven ability to lead workstreams or small teams, manage client expectations and deliver high-impact resultsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence in engaging senior executivesExperience in change management and process improvement is highly valuedCertifications such as PMP, Prince2 or Agile/Scrum are considered an advantageExperience managing IT projects (e.g., ERP implementation, digital transformation, system integration) is a plusFluency in English and Dutch and/or French (mandatory requirement)What do we offer you?
