Electrical Project Manager – Data Centres (Belgium)EU passport candidates onlyWe are supporting a leading international engineering contractor delivering large-scale, mission-critical data centre projects across Europe and are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join the on-site delivery team in Belgium (Charleroi region).This role sits at the heart of hyperscale and colocation data centre delivery, overseeing complex electrical infrastructure packages on technically demanding, fast-paced projects. It offers long-term project stability and strong progression within a top-tier engineering organisation.The role:Lead the full lifecycle delivery of electrical packages on data centre projects, from pre-construction through commissioning and handoverManage critical systems including LV/MV power distribution, UPS, generators, containment, and associated infrastructureTake ownership of programme delivery, cost control, quality, health & safety, and commercial performanceCoordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure uninterrupted delivery against tight data centre programmesAct as the key interface with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders on mission-critical worksManage reporting, forecasting, and project P&L while maintaining strict change controlEnsure compliance with data centre standards, commissioning protocols, and client-specific requirementsRequirements:3–5+ years' experience as an Electrical Project Manager on complex building services or mission-critical projectsProven background delivering large-scale electrical packages within live or new-build environmentsStrong commercial and contractual awarenessRelevant third-level Electrical Engineering qualification (electrical trade background advantageous)Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams under demanding delivery schedulesData centre, critical infrastructure, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or similar high-reliability experience preferredEU Passport / Belgium right to workWhat's on offer:Permanent, site-based role in Belgium on a major data centre projectCompetitive salary and benefits packageStructured support towards CPD and chartershipLong-term pipeline of European data centre workCareer progression with a globally recognised engineering contractorIf you are interested in applying for this role please submit your up to date CV to this advert
