In addition to Serviceplan, the company brands Plan.Net, Make, and Mediaplus are the foundations of the House of Communication.Our Brussels-based House of Communication (labeled Great Place to Work) is looking for an Programmatic Media Specialist to join its team of around 120 employees.Within our House of Communication, the Programmatic Media Specialist will play a pivotal role in optimizing our digital advertising efforts, ensuring that we reach our target audiences effectively and efficiently through programmatic advertising platforms. Your expertise in data-driven marketing, media buying, and campaign optimization will be essential in driving the success of our digital advertising initiatives for our clients. Accountabilities?Programmatic Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive programmatic advertising strategy that aligns with our overall marketing and business goals. Campaign Management: Oversee the end-to-end management of programmatic advertising campaigns, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis. Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign outcomes. Audience Targeting: Implement advanced audience targeting techniques to reach the right audience segments and maximize ad relevance. Budget Management: Manage programmatic advertising budgets effectively to ensure efficient allocation of resources and achieve target KPIs. Ad Creative: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience. Ad Tech Evaluation: Stay up-to-date with the latest programmatic advertising technologies and platforms, evaluate their suitability for our campaigns, and make recommendations for adoption. Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B testing and optimization experiments to improve campaign performance continuously. Reporting: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on programmatic campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in programmatic advertising. Skills?Demonstrated expertise in programmatic advertising, including practical experience using programmatic platforms and tools. Robust analytical capabilities complemented by proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Comprehensive comprehension of digital marketing, advertising technologies, and prevailing industry trends. Outstanding communication and presentation abilities. Capacity to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. Programmatic advertising certifications (e.g., Google Ads, DV360, TTD) would be advantageous. Proficiency in Dutch and/or French is required, and fluency in English is essential.
