Role Overview :As a Project Manager, you will act as a domain expert in Life Insurance, with a strong focus on Group Life Insurance. You will bring high-value expertise on legislation, product management, processes and the specifics of Group Life products. Your role will be to guide stakeholders, structure requirements, and ensure that business decisions are supported by solid, deep domain knowledge.You will join a young, dynamic and fast-growing multinational company that offers an excellent working environment. You will evolve in an international setting where your knowledge will directly influence business outcomes and strategic decisions.Key Responsibilities :Contribute as a subject-matter expert across Group Life domainsAnalyse business needs, challenge requirements and structure clear, actionable functional insights.Translate business knowledge into recommendations that support project decisions and prioritisation.Serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, partners and business teams.Assess impacts, ensure quality of functional inputs and support the delivery lifecycle.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives on products, processes and best practices.Your Profile :Proven product management expertise in Life Insurance and Group Life InsuranceStrong understanding of business processes related to Group Life products.Experience in project management and/or business analysis.Ability to bring structured content, challenge needs and influence decisions with confidence.Excellent analytical, communication and coordination skills.Fluent in French or Dutch, with a strong command of English.What You Will FindA young, dynamic and multinational environment.A role where your expertise will be central and highly valued.The opportunity to shape products, influence processes and contribute to key decisions in Group Life.A collaborative culture that supports learning, ownership and impact.
