This is a key operational role in a fast-moving team delivering outsourcing solutions across Belgium.ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development SupportLead generation, prospecting, and preparation of client-facing materialsSupport in client meetings, presentations, and offer creationCoordinate RFPs and tender processesCRM maintenance and pipeline trackingAssist in territory planning and business development strategyRecruitment & Sourcing / StaffingIntake of job requests and drafting profilesSourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networksScreening and interviewing talentBuild and manage talent pools for ongoing and future needsSupport staffing coordination alongside the Business ManagerAdmin & Operational SupportManage contracts, POs, compliance documents, and archivingPrepare invoices, follow up corrections and outstanding paymentsTrack key business metrics: revenue, margin, KPIs, forecastsOptimize internal workflows, maintain documentation and checklistsProfileMust-Haves3–5 years of experience in recruitment and salesBackground in HR consultancy or staffing servicesStrong understanding of administrative and financial processesFluent in Dutch and FrenchSoft SkillsProactive and communicativeSolution-focused and hands-onHighly structured and detail-orientedTeam player with the ability to work independentlyOfferRole in a growing business unit within a larger HR services environmentFlexible work setup: Ghent office + homeworkingKey role with direct impact and visibilityInitial mission of 3 to 6 months, extension possible based on performance
