As a Recruitment Agency and Headhunter, we are proud to collaborate with an influential institution, a major player within the European institutions. Our client, located in the heart of the European Quarter in Brussels, plays a pivotal role in shaping and implementing European policies. To support their mission and ensure optimal efficiency in their activities, we are actively seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to support the Ambassador.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diary Management: Organize, coordinate, and prioritize the Ambassador's appointments, meetings, and travel.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between the Ambassador and internal/external parties, screening calls and correspondence.
- Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and format official documents, speeches, and presentations.
- Event Organization: Assist in planning and coordinating events, conferences, and meetings.
- Research and Reporting: Provide research on specific topics at the Ambassador's request and prepare concise reports.
- Expense Management: Track and report the Ambassador's expenses, prepare and submit expense reports.
- Inter-departmental Liaison: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination of activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or related field.
- Previous experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in French and English, any other European language is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in office tools (MS Office, Google Suite).
