The Challenge

Giftify continues to grow at a strong double-digit rate, and we are now entering the next stage of scale. To support this momentum, we are building a product organisation that will strengthen our core platform, accelerate innovation, and enable global expansion.

We are hiring a Product Director to build an efficient product function. This is a pivotal executive role for a leader who can operate strategically while remaining hands-on as the organisation grows.

We are looking for a senior product leader who can bring best practices, structure and long-term product vision, guiding Giftify’s evolution into a truly product-led organisation. You will define our product roadmap, build and manage the product team, and introduce the governance, processes, and metrics that enable operational excellence for scaling the product.

You will shape how our platform evolves, how we leverage data, and how we introduce new offerings that strengthen Giftify’s position in the market. The Role - Key Responsibilities

Product Organisation & Ways of Working

• Build, manage, and scale the product team—starting with the structure, roles, and processes that enable high performance and a culture of product excellence.
• Establish product discovery, prioritisation, and delivery frameworks that bring alignment, speed, and accountability.
• Introduce product metrics and performance dashboards that enable strong governance and transparency.

Product Vision & Strategy

• Define, refine, and own Giftify’s product vision and long-term roadmap.
• Translate business goals into product development strategies that drive scalability, adoption, product added value, and revenue growth.
• Identify opportunities to expand the platform into new value-added products—including data analytics and experience-enhancing tools.

Customer & Market Insight

• Deeply understand client needs across shopping centres, retail parks, and franchise environments to guide product decisions.
• Analyse market trends, adjacent fintech models, compliance requirements, and global retail dynamics to inform product strategy.
• Ensure customer experience and UX excellence remain central to how the product evolves.

Data & Platform Foundations

• Work closely with engineering and data teams to define how Giftify collects, structures, and governs data.
• Identify and shape data products and dashboards that enhance client decision-making and commercial insights.
• Establish the foundations for future monetisation of data-driven services.

Go-to-Market, Packaging & Enablement

• Partner with Commercial and Marketing to define product packaging, pricing, and positioning across markets.
• Support GTM planning for new features and products, ensuring internal teams are trained and enabled.
• Provide product leadership in major client conversations, strategic partnerships, and high-impact initiatives.

Executive Leadership

• Serve as a core member of the leadership team, contributing to company strategy, planning, and cross-functional decision-making.
• Champion a product-led culture across the organisation—driving alignment, clarity, and focus.
  
  

About You — What We’re Looking For

Experience & Expertise

• A seasoned product leader with experience in the payments or stored-value industry, with a track record of building and scaling product organisations.
• Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, deliver successful products, and drive measurable business outcomes.
• Understanding of product architecture, APIs, and the foundations needed for scaling a multi-market platform.

Leadership & Mindset

• A builder who brings clarity to complexity and drives operational excellence.
• A strategic thinker who is equally comfortable being hands-on—especially in an early-stage product function.
• Skilled at influencing at executive level and aligning cross-functional teams around shared priorities.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
