• Classlet Deployment Tracking: Assist the product team in tracking the deployment lifecycle of new virtual scenes, scenario branching paths, and AI avatar dialogue trees from curriculum spec to final student deployment.
• Academic Cross-Coordination: Coordinate logistics and timeline checkpoints with academic research teams, university professors, and internal developers to ensure teaching grants and pilot projects meet crucial semester deadlines. [
• Sprint & Backlog Organization: Help organize sprint tasks, backlog priorities, and feature requirements using our team's project tracking stack.
• QA & Learning Analytics Support: Assist in compiling learning analytics reports and tracking feedback loops to optimize how AI avatar interactions respond to student users.
• Meeting & Operations Support: Schedule cross-functional check-ins, document agile standups, and maintain clean tracking files to prevent project bottlenecks. Qualifications & Requirements

Education:
Current student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Information Systems, Educational Technology, Creative Media, or a related field.
• Tech Stack Familiarity: Familiarity with project tracking and workspace organization tools (e.g., Notion, Jira, Asana, or Trello).
• Interest in Emerging Tech: A strong passion for Virtual Reality (VR), generative AI, conversational agents, or gamified educational software.

Skills:
Strong analytical and organizational capabilities with excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Cantonese is an asset
