Role Description The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive executive administrative support to leadership, ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast-paced sports and cycling brand environment. This full-time, on-site role is based in Taipei and includes managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing expense reports. The position involves organizing executive communications, drafting and reviewing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records and files. The Executive Assistant will help coordinate cross-functional projects, support office logistics, and act as a key point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external partners. The role requires discretion, efficiency, and a proactive approach to anticipating executive needs and resolving issues before they arise. Qualifications
• Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
• Experience preparing, tracking, and reconciling Expense Reports with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven Administrative Assistance capabilities, including document preparation, filing, office coordination, and task prioritization.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., email, calendars, spreadsheets, presentation software). Experience with project management or collaboration tools is a plus.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Japanese is an advantage for cross-office collaboration.
• Interest in cycling, baseball, racquet sports, or sports fashion is beneficial.
• Relevant experience supporting senior leaders; a diploma or degree in business, administration, or a related field is preferred.
