Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant role based in Hong Kong SAR, supporting the leadership team of a California sports sunglass brand focused on cycling, baseball, and racquet sports. The Executive Assistant will manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel and logistics for executives, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include preparing and tracking expense reports, organizing documents and presentations, and maintaining accurate records. The role involves serving as a key communication liaison, handling email correspondence, screening calls, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners. The Executive Assistant will also assist with event and meeting preparation, follow up on action items, and support special projects that advance brand initiatives in the region. Qualifications
• Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
• Proficiency in handling Expense Reports and basic financial tracking with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective Communication abilities, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with executives, partners, and internal teams.
• Solid Administrative Assistance skills, including document management, file organization, and office coordination.
• Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment; prior support for senior leadership is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
• Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and digital collaboration platforms.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to the region are an advantage.
• Interest in sports, especially cycling or related performance brands, is beneficial.
