Wil jij je als specialist in autoverzekeringen enerzijds werken in productmanagement, maar anderzijds ook nog een voet op het terrein blijven houden en nieuwe verzekeringsprogramma’s onderschrijven en opvolgen?

Als Product Manager Mobility werk je hoofdzakelijk aan projecten in kader van productontwikkelingen en aanpassingen. Je bent als eerste op de hoogte van alle ontwikkelingen en trends op de markt en komt met innovatieve voorstellen die zorgen voor een optimale klantenbeleving. In samenwerking met collega’s definieer je de voorwaarden van het aanbod en de onderschrijvingsregels.

Je taken

Je volgt je markt op om een volledig en onderbouwd overzicht te hebben van de producten van de concurrentie en hun vermoedelijke (digitale, technologische,...) evoluties. Je verzamelt, analyseert en interpreteert deze marktgegevens en technische verzekeringsgegevens om een competitief en innovatief productaanbod te ontwerpen en te ontwikkelen. Je beheert de aanbodportefeuilles op een dynamische manier (aanpassingen, verbeteringen, schrappingen, groeperingen) en waakt hierbij over de compliance met de wetgeving en de operational excellence. Je draagt bij aan de vernieuwings- en implementatieprocessen van de producten - zowel voor wat betreft de ontwikkeling van nieuwe producten als de wijziging van bestaande producten - en je test de functionaliteiten van de innovaties/wijzigingen van het aanbod vóór de lancering. Je verzekert een efficiënte uitwisseling van informatie met de andere betrokken departementen. In samenwerking met andere diensten van het departement definieert je de algemene en bijzondere voorwaarden van het aanbod, alsook het kader van de onderschrijvings- en acceptatieregels. Je levert de nodige input voor de nodige communicatie, informatie en opleiding (intern en extern) in het kader van de evoluties van de producten en de toekomstige en bestaande vernieuwingen van de producten van de P&V Groep.

Je profiel

Je hebt een Masterdiploma en enkele jaren ervaring in je expertisedomein (Autoverzekeringen en onderschrijving voor, affinities, binders, facilities en Underwriting agencies. Kennis van het marktaanbod "Autoverzekeringen" is een vereiste. Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans en een goede kennis van enhet Engels. Je hebt een kritische geest, beschikt over een uitstekend analytisch en synthetisch vermogen en werkt nauwkeurig in een veranderende omgeving; Je bent constant op zoek naar verbeteringen in de bestaande processen en ontwikkelt oplossingen op een proactieve manier; Je onderhandelt en communiceert graag in het kader van samenwerking; Kennis in Guidewire is een troef. Je bent zelfstandig en hebt zin voor initiatief.
