Quelles sont vos missions en tant que Route Supervisor South ?

Réaliser l’interface avec les gestionnaires d’infrastructure SNCF Réseau, Eurotunnel, HS1 et Infrabel pour les circulations au Sud de Bruxelles, afin de fournir au reste du collectif de l’Operation Control Center (OCC) l’ensemble des informations nécessaires à l’exploitation de l’offre Eurostar.  Commander et adapter les sillons sur les réseaux Infrabel (Sud de Bruxelles), SNCFRéseau, Eurotunnel et HS1  Informer HS1, Eurotunnel (en anglais) et Infrabel, SNCF Réseau (en français) des modifications apportées au plan de transport  S’informer auprès de l’ensemble de ces GI de l’état de disponibilité du réseau pour anticiper des situations perturbées  Expertiser les choix réalisés par ces gestionnaires d’infrastructure pour fournir une estimation actualisée du retard des trains en circulation et à venir au Sud de Bruxelles  Communiquer (en français ou en anglais) les informations pertinentes relatives à la circulation des Eurostar au sud de Bruxelles au reste du collectif de l’OCC (notamment le Duty Shift Leader)  Appliquer les procédures de gestion des anomalies qui surviennent au Sud de Bruxelles afin de garantir la sécurité et la continuité de l’exploitation ferroviaire.  Traiter les dérangements de dispositifs de sécurité embarqués et donner, le cas 
échéant les autorisations et restrictions de circulation prévues par la réglementation  Transmettre les avaries aux entités en charge de la maintenance (le fleet controller 
présent à l’OCC)  Communiquer (en français ou en anglais) les informations pertinentes relatives à la gestion des anomalies au reste du collectif de l’OCC (notamment au Duty Shift Leader) Prendre attachement des événements survenus sur le réseau Eurostar afin de fournir à l’équipe Performance & Compliance une base de données de qualité nécessaire à l’amélioration continue de l’entreprise.  Renseigner dans regularix le retard des trains circulant sur le réseau  Renseigner dans regularix tout événement affectant la sécurité ou la sureté de l’exploitation ferroviaire (de nos clients, de nos agents, de nos installations, de nos rames).  Recueillir et consigner les éléments disponibles permettant la bonne compréhension de l’événement.  Réaliser une première enquête « à chaud » permettant d’affecter une structure responsable à chaque retard de train, celle-ci sera complétée « à froid » par les équipes de Performance & Compliance Transmettre au titulaire du shift suivant – ou au Duty Shift Leader de nuit qui assure les missions de Route Supervisor après 22h – l’ensemble des informations nécessaires à l’exercice des missions, dans la continuité de son service

What are your duties as Route Supervisor South?

To interface with the infrastructure managers SNCF Réseau, Eurotunnel, HS1 and Infrabel for traffic south of Brussels, in order to provide the rest of the OCC team with all the information needed to operate the Eurostar service.  Order and adapt train paths on the Infrabel (South of Brussels), SNCFRéseau, Eurotunnel and HS1 networks.  Inform HS1, Eurotunnel (in English) and Infrabel, SNCF Réseau (in French) of changes to the transport plan.  Keep all these IMs informed of the availability of the network in order to anticipate disruptive situations  Assess the choices made by these infrastructure managers in order to provide an up-to-date estimate of the delay to trains currently running and those due to run south of Brussels  Communicate (in French or English) relevant information about Eurostar traffic south of Brussels to the rest of the OCC collective (in particular the Duty Shift Leader).  Applying procedures for managing faults that occur south of Brussels in order to guarantee the safety and continuity of rail operations.  Dealing with faults involving on-board safety devices and, where necessary authorisations and traffic restrictions as required by the regulations.  Passing on damage to the entities in charge of maintenance (the fleet controller present at the OCC)  Communicate (in French or English) the relevant information relating to the management of anomalies to the rest of the OCC team (in particular to the Duty Shift Leader).  Take note of events on the Eurostar network in order to provide the Performance & Compliance team with a quality database necessary for the continuous improvement of the company.  Enter delays for trains running on the network into regularix.  Record in regularix any event affecting the safety or security of rail operations (of our customers, our agents, our facilities, our trains).  Gather and record the information available to understand the event.  Carry out an initial "hot" investigation to assign a responsible structure to each train delay, which will be completed "cold" by the Performance & Compliance teams.  Passing on to the holder of the next shift - or to the night Duty Shift Leader who carries out the duties of Route Supervisor after 10pm - all the information required to carry out the duties, while maintaining continuity of service.

Wat zijn je taken als Route Supervisor South?

Contact onderhouden met de infrastructuurbeheerders SNCF Réseau, Eurotunnel, HS1 en Infrabel voor het verkeer ten zuiden van Brussel, om de rest van het OCC-team te voorzien van alle informatie die nodig is om de Eurostar-dienst te exploiteren.  Treinpaden bestellen en aanpassen op de Infrabel (Zuid Brussel), SNCFRéseau, Eurotunnel en HS1 netwerken.  HS1, Eurotunnel (in het Engels) en Infrabel, SNCF Réseau (in het Frans) op de hoogte brengen van wijzigingen in het vervoersplan.  Al deze infrastructuurbeheerders op de hoogte houden van de beschikbaarheid van het netwerk om te anticiperen op verstorende situaties  De keuzes van deze infrastructuurbeheerders beoordelen om een actuele schatting te kunnen maken van de vertraging van de treinen die momenteel rijden of die ten zuiden van Brussel zullen rijden.  Relevante informatie over het Eurostar-verkeer ten zuiden van Brussel doorgeven (in het Frans of Engels) aan de rest van het OCC-collectief (in het bijzonder aan de dienstdoende ploegchef).  Toepassing van procedures voor het beheer van anomalieën ten zuiden van Brussel om de veiligheid en continuïteit van de spoorwegexploitatie te waarborgen.  Afhandelen van storingen met veiligheidsapparatuur aan boord en, waar nodig vergunningen en verkeersbeperkingen zoals vereist door de regelgeving.  Schades doorgeven aan de entiteiten die verantwoordelijk zijn voor het onderhoud (de vlootcontroleur aanwezig bij het OCC)  De relevante informatie met betrekking tot het beheer van anomalieën doorgeven (in het Frans of Engels) aan de rest van het OCC-team (in het bijzonder aan de dienstdoende ploegchef).  Noteer gebeurtenissen op het Eurostar-netwerk om het Performance & Compliance-team te voorzien van een kwaliteitsdatabase die nodig is voor de voortdurende verbetering van het bedrijf.  Vertragingen voor treinen die op het netwerk rijden invoeren in regularix  In regularix elke gebeurtenis registreren die van invloed is op de veiligheid of beveiliging van de spooractiviteiten (van onze klanten, onze agenten, onze faciliteiten, onze treinen).  De beschikbare informatie verzamelen en vastleggen om de gebeurtenis te begrijpen.  Een eerste "warm" onderzoek uitvoeren om een verantwoordelijke structuur toe te wijzen aan elke treinvertraging, die "koud" zal worden afgerond door de Performance & Compliance teams.  Doorgeven aan de houder van de volgende dienst - of aan de nachtdienstleider die na uur de taken van Route Supervisor uitvoert - van alle informatie die nodig is om de taken uit te voeren, met behoud van de continuïteit van de dienstverlening. 

Requirements

Profil 

Diplomé.e d’un niveau EQF level 5/ bac +2  5 ans d’expérience dans un métier d’exploitation (ferroviaire, aéroportuaire, 
transports, hôtellerie...)  Maitrise du français et de l’anglais, Connaissance des procédures liées à l’exploitation ferroviaire, expertise sur le réseau 
belge (Sud de Bruxelles), français, britannique et Eurotunnel ;  Orientation client et proactivité dans la recherche de solutions ;  Vision globale, capacité d’analyse et de synthèse en temps limité ;  Capacité à communiquer clairement des modes opératoires à d’autres collaborateurs et à des partenaires dans un environnement multilingue ;  Gestion des priorités  Résistances au stress occasionnées par des situations perturbées 

Le poste est couvert en roulement de shifts de 8h, assurant une présence continue 
tous les jours de 6h à 22h

Profile 

EQF level 5/ bac +2 diploma  5 years' experience in an operational role (rail, airport, transport, hotel, etc.)  Fluency in French and English, Knowledge of rail operating procedures, expertise on the Belgian network (south of Brussels), French, British and Eurotunnel networks;  Customer focus and proactivity in finding solutions;  Global vision, ability to analyse and summarise in limited time;  Ability to communicate operating procedures clearly to other staff and partners in a multilingual environment;  Management of priorities  Resistance to stress caused by disruptive situations. 

The position is covered by 8-hour shifts, ensuring a continuous presence every day from 6am to 10pm

EQF niveau 5/ bac +2 diploma  5 jaar ervaring in een operationele functie (spoor, luchthaven, transport, hotel, enz.)  Vloeiend in Frans en Engels, Kennis van spoorwegbedieningsprocedures, expertise van het Belgische netwerk (ten zuiden van Brussel), Franse, Britse en Eurotunnel netwerken  Klantgerichtheid en proactiviteit bij het zoeken naar oplossingen;  Globale visie, vermogen om te analyseren en samen te vatten in beperkte tijd;  In staat zijn om operationele procedures duidelijk over te brengen aan ander personeel en partners in een meertalige omgeving;  Beheer van prioriteiten  Stressbestendigheid als gevolg van verstorende situaties. 

De functie wordt uitgevoerd in ploegen van 8 uur, waardoor een voortdurende aanwezigheid wordt gewaarborgd elke dag van tot uur
