Artsen Zonder Grenzen (AZG) is een internationale, onafhankelijke, medische humanitaire organisatie die noodhulp verleent aan mensen die zijn getroffen door gewapende conflicten, epidemieën, natuurrampen of die geen toegang hebben tot basisgezondheidszorg. Wij werken in meer dan 70 landen en bieden hulp zonder een onderscheid te maken op vlak van ras, religie, geslacht of politieke overtuiging.
Supervisor Face to-face Vlaanderen (m/v/x) – AZG België
CONTEXT
De supervisor face-to-face Vlaanderen biedt coaching aan een team van 9,5 equivalent voltijdse (FTE) -wervers (10 tot 15 personen), die verantwoordelijk zijn voor het werven van nieuwe maandelijkse schenkers in Vlaanderen ten behoeve van Artsen Zonder Grenzen België. Deze taak wordt uitgevoerd volgens de ethische aspecten die specifiek zijn voor Artsen Zonder Grenzen en met respect voor het imago dat AZG aan het grote publiek wil overbrengen.
Via een persoonlijke en respectvolle benadering in openbare plaatsen/ warenhuizen/winkelcentra, ontmoeten de face-to-face (F2F) -teams de Belgische bevolking. Ze bieden de mensen die ze ontmoeten, via bewustmaking aan, om ondersteuning te geven aan Artsen Zonder Grenzen. Dit doen ze door het ondertekenen van domiciliëring ten behoeve van AZG. F2F-fondsenwervers leggen dus rechtstreeks contact tussen AZG en de Belgische bevolking.
Als supervisor hou je toezicht op de F2F-activiteiten van het team volgens het strategische plan dat is opgesteld door de teamleader en de manager Directe Dialoog.
BELANGRIJSTE VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN
Verantwoordelijk voor de kwalitatieve en kwantitatieve doelstellingen van jouw team: circa 9,5 voltijdse (vertegenwoordigd door 10-15 fondsenwervers)
Het werk van de wervers begeleiden:
Controleren van het goede verloop van de werkdagen van fondsenwervers Zorgen voor het behalen van dagelijkse en wekelijkse teamdoelstellingen Zorgen voor correcte en consistente communicatie van de wervers en verzekeren dat het beeld van Artsen Zonder Grenzen goed wordt overgebracht Controleren van de naleving van werkschema's en het juiste gebruik van materiaal Zorgen voor individuele coaching en het opmaken van coaching rapporten (één keer per kwartaal voor elke werver) Follow-up van instructies en objectieven die zijn opgelegd aan de fondsenwerversVerantwoordelijk voor aspecten rondom teammanagement:
Opmaken van de jaarplanning van wervingsplaatsen in overleg met de teamleader Organiseren van de werking van de teams wat betreft dagelijkse beschikbaarheid (betrokkenheid bij planning; proactief en regelmatig telefoneren; monitoring van resultaten) Integratie, begeleiding en coaching van nieuwe wervers Energie geven aan het team (in het veld en telefonisch) door een voorbeeld te zijn in termen van houding, dialoog en succes bij het werven van nieuwe schenkers Zorgen voor de optimale motivatie van wervers, essentieel voor een goede vertegenwoordiging van Artsen Zonder Grenzen bij de Belgische bevolkingSamenwerking :
Wekelijkse rapportering aan de teamleader over de resultaten van de wervers, hun gemoedstoestand, de evolutie van de groepsgeest, respect voor de werkschema's, afwezigheden, motivatie, gedrag, etc Vervanging van de collega-supervisor tijdens vakantie Doorgeven van informatie die nodig is voor een vlotte uitvoering van HR-activiteiten (ziekte, afwezigheid etc.) Voorstellen doen voor ondersteunings- en versterkingsinstrumenten die verband houden met de activiteiten van werversFondsenwerving:
De helft van de beschikbare tijd wordt besteed aan het werven van nieuwe maandelijkse schenkers via de techniek van directe dialoog
VEREISTEN
Opleiding en Ervaring
Bachelor diploma of gecompenseerd door relevante werkervaring Minimum één jaar ervaring in face-to-face fondsenwerving als vrijwilliger of professioneel Ervaring in de coördinatie en het coachen van teams is vereist Eerdere ervaring bij Artsen Zonder Grenzen in België is een plus Ervaring in associatieve of humanitaire organisatie is een plusVaardigheden
