**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Face-to-face-bezoeken doen en virtueel samenwerken met lokale distributeurs
- Het verzekeren en onderhouden van sterke relaties met de distributeurs en de Key leaders
- De Belgische markt in kaart brengen en opvolgen
- Nauw samenwerken met het salesteam op het gebied van marktanalyse en toe te passen strategie. Geef commentaar en eventuele veranderingen in het gedrag van leden waarvoor de strategie moet worden aangepast
- Jij bent de belangrijkste contactpersoon voor het plannen en structureren van (digitale) evenementen in overeenstemming met de sales supervisor, zodat de distributeur gestimuleerd blijft
- Opzetten en zorgen voor een vlot verloop van lokale, nationale en internationale evenementen
- Analyseren en rapporteren van resultaten, waarbij de focus ligt op het genereren van groei

**Jouw profiel**:

- Een eerste ervaring binnen sales en het opbouwen/onderhouden van klantenrelaties
- Met voorkeur ervaring in het organiseren en opvolgen van nationale events
- Vloeiend Nederlands, Engels en een professioneel niveau Frans
- Goede IT-vaardigheden
- Prioriteitengevoel, charisma en uitstekende interpersoonlijke communicatie
- Gevoel voor klantenservice en sterke luistervaardigheden ontwikkeld met een groot inlevingsvermogen
- Een Analytisch vermogen om problemen op te lossen en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen
