We're looking for an entrepreneurial, driven and analytical Sales Development professional to join a fast growing and award winning medical device manufacturer, with a view to expand our networks with hospitals, clinics and medical distributors in Europe.
**Your role**
The EMEA Sales Director is responsible for strategy, recruitment, enablement, and development of strategic partners in the EMEA region. You will be working within all levels of partner organizations and have a thorough understanding of our solutions and the business value to partners and customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and managing the relationships with key regional and growth partners
- Developing and executing annual business plans covering all aspects of the partner relationship
- Leading business performance and relationship reviews with stakeholders at focus partners
- Developing strategic sales opportunities at the confluence of channel and cloud marketplaces

**You should join us if**:
- **You have a proven track record in medical sales development and scaling, specifically within the medical peripheral and consumable domain.**
- You possess a portfolio of medical end users and distributor connections across large regions of EMEA, as previous, existing or potential customers.
- You build meaningful relationships and love to find mutually beneficial opportunities.
- You understand how large and small channel partners work, and could tailor your approach accordingly.
- You are open, honest, outcome-driven and take an entrepreneurial approach.
- You're excited about the opportunity to drive an effective, impactful channel programme and embrace fast growth
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent contract
**Salary**: €70,000.00 - €120,000.00 per year
