We zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste en dynamische Retail Operations Specialist om ons team in Brussel te versterken.
MissieAls Retail Office Assistant speel je een centrale rol in het dagelijkse beheer van onze Belgische, Nederlandse en Luxemburgse winkels. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de International Management Assistant en werkt nauw samen met regionale managers om een soepele werking van onze retailactiviteiten te garanderen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een breed scala aan taken, waaronder:
Dagelijks administratief beheer: Je ontvangt bezoekers, beheert de post, plaatst bestellingen voor benodigdheden en reserveert vergaderzalen. Ook handel je onkostendeclaraties af en verzend je correspondentie naar relevante afdelingen.
Onderhoud en beheer van het hoofdkantoor: Je coördineert assistentieverzoeken, volgt dossiers op en onderhoudt contact met dienstverleners voor verschillende facilitaire zaken.
Boekingen voor netwerkreizen: Je plant en organiseert reizen voor winkelteams, regionale bijeenkomsten en trainingen.
Winkelondersteuning: Je bent betrokken bij het bijwerken van de winkelmap, aanvullen van voorraden, organiseren van uitdagingen en beheer van serviceproviders. Tevens handel je klachten en claims van klanten af.
Interne communicatie: Je stelt communicatiedocumenten op, vertaalt en verspreidt ze, en organiseert interne evenementen zoals conventies.
Opleidingen: Je beheert de logistiek van trainingen en ondersteunt incidenteel internationale HR bij personeelsadministratie en tuchtzaken.
Minimaal een afgeronde MBO-opleiding, bij voorkeur in een relevante richting zoals administratie of retailmanagement.
Enkele jaren ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol, bij voorkeur in de retailsector.
Beschikbaar voor 20 uren in de week;
Uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen om meerdere taken tegelijkertijd uit te voeren.
Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
Bekendheid met Microsoft Office-toepassingen en ervaring met SharePoint is een pluspunt.
Proactief, zelfstandig en stressbestendig.
