  • Vous êtes la première personne de contact en cas de plaintes
  • Vous faites le suivi administratif des plaintes
  • Communiquer avec les clients pour leur annoncer l’avancement de leur plaintes
  • Vous expliquez les solutions au clients
  • Vous renvoyez les clients au services concernées si nécessaire
  • Vous rappelez le client pour voir si il a été content de comment son problème a été régler.
Profil

Qui êtes-vous ?

  • Vous avez un Bachelier ou une expérience équivalente
  • Parfait bilingue NL/ FR
  • Véritable Teamworker, le travail d’équipe vous plait
  • Le challenge et les défis ne vous font pas peur
  • La communication n’a aucun secret pour vous
  • Vous avez une grande patience et êtes doté d’un grand calme
  • Vous avez de très bonne connaissance en Word
