Omschrijving
Wij zijn verantwoordelijk voor de goede uitvoering en het beheer van internationale betalingen voor alle klanten van Belfius (bedrijven, KMO's, retail, . We werken samen met verschillende tegenpartijen in de financiële wereld (SWIFT, interbancaire betalingskanalen, andere banken, zodat onze klanten geld kunnen overmaken en ontvangen over de hele wereld.
U speelt een sleutelrol in dit proces door interne processen en toepassingen te analyseren en te beheersen, de afdeling te vertegenwoordigen bij andere interne stakeholders (IT, business analisten, en de ontwikkelingen in wetgeving en technologische trends op de markt te volgen.
De job in een notendop
U bent verantwoordelijk voor het beschrijven, implementeren en opvolgen van procedures met betrekking tot internationale betalingen.
U speelt een ondersteunende rol voor het team en het management bij complexe en technische dossiers (uitzonderingen, klachten, . U speelt een sleutelrol bij het voorkomen, opvolgen en oplossen van incidenten, evenals bij het beheer van operationele, financiële en commerciële risico's met betrekking tot onze toepassingen.
U volgt de evolutie van onze interne toepassingen en markten op en stelt projecten voor om de kwaliteit van de service die aan onze klanten wordt geboden te verbeteren en in lijn te zijn met de marktpraktijken.
U vertegenwoordigt de afdeling en haar belangen bij andere afdelingen (IT, audit, tijdens duidelijk omschreven opdrachten, terwijl u rechtstreeks communiceert met uw management.
