We’re looking for a Satellite Market Manager

As a Satellite Market Manager, you are a subject matter expert in the satellite industry. Building upon a deep understanding of what drives business decisions and technology transitions, you create innovative NMS/OSS solutions with the global leading DataMiner platform and bring these to market.

Obtain a deep understanding of the needs, transitions and opportunities in your market, both in business and in technology domains. Establish and maintain successful long-term relationships with technology partners in your solution areas. Work closely with beachhead customers in the pre-sales phase to create disruptive new solutions . Develop business on a global scale for your market segment. Support sales and marketing communications by creating marketing collaterals for market launch. Provide RFx support for large and/or strategic deals. Evangelize DataMiner through participation in industry events, panel sessions, editorials, etc. Inspire your colleagues, DataMiner sales channel partners and end customers with your solutions. Conduct ongoing industry and competitor analyses to help define and refine market strategies and marketing campaigns. Participate in industry events and standardization bodies. Travel up to 30% of the time.

What skills.do you require?

No doubt you know your way around code. But let's dig a bit deeper into the various technical skills you'll need to get started as a Satellite Market Manager

You are a subject matter expert with in-depth industry knowledge and a solid technical background for the relevant technologies. You have hands-on experience with DataMiner , or intend to have this. You have an understanding of how satellite operators and satellite service providers deliver services across various constellations, cloud infrastructure and traditional ground segment networks You have at least five years of experience in the satellite market with focus on ground segment and cloud workloads. You have affinity with software products and services.
