An Order Fulfilment Coordinator has a unique range of duties, consisting mainly of supervising, supporting, controlling, and/or processing tasks, activities, and procedures on the basis of a sound technical knowledge in order to help internal or external clients supply and/or ship their requested product or service in a client-friendly and technically feasible manner and within the requested deadline. Furthermore, he or she is also the contact person for various support divisions within Telenet Business and has a supporting role with respect to the various sales channels.

Learning logical links between our various IT systems is an absolute must so as to provide high-quality service. The ability to communicate professionally with all our clients is vitally important.

  Result areas

Collecting, handling, and processing tasks and orders to ensure that they pass through the set procedure in a technically feasible manner. Preparing, specifying, and following up assignment components for internal and external parties in order to safeguard and/or achieve the agreed arrangements, delivery deadlines, and SLAs. Continually informing the parties concerned regarding the status, quality, and flow of the tasks in order to optimise cooperation between the departments. Keeping the as-built documents of supplied services up to date. Collecting and reporting process times to internal and external clients, CPM, and the management in order to monitor whether or not the execution process is running efficiently.

  Profile

Technical telecom knowledge: DTV, ISDN, SIP, Internet, and IP knowledge are important and decisive factors. The ability to relate this knowledge to the product portfolio of Telenet Business is an advantage. Sound knowledge of support systems: Sales force (CRM),TINA, C@fé The ability to learn all about IT systems and develop an analytical mind is a must. An outgoing personality and a good communicator (including by telephone). Ability to solve problems and work autonomously. Team player. Client and result-oriented with an eye for quality. Knowledge of MS Office Excellent knowledge of Dutch, good knowledge of French and English
