Binnen het Supply Center van Schaarbeek maak je deel uit van de bevoorradingsactiviteiten. Je werkt in het centraal magazijn van Infrabel. 

Als Supply Coördinator Quality & Customer Care heb je de volgende verantwoordelijkheden : 

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het algemene toezicht op de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening van het centrale magazijn aan zijn klanten. Hiertoe bepaal je in het team van het centrale magazijn de geschikte prestatie-indicatoren en stimuleer je de toepassing ervan. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige opvolging van alle inkomende klachten van klanten van het centrale magazijn via het klachtenbeheersysteem. Je zorgt ervoor dat klachten binnen de afgesproken termijn worden afgehandeld en dat de klanten een passend antwoord en oplossing voor hun probleem krijgen. Je belichaamt en stimuleert een klantgerichte houding in alle aspecten van de werking van het centrale magazijn. Je gaat op zoek naar de oorzaken van klachten die je worden gemeld en reikt oplossingen aan met het oog op een verbetering van de processen, in overleg met de teamleader (Operationeel Coördinator). Je organiseert indien nodig interne opleidings- en ontwikkelingssessies voor het personeel, op basis van frequente klachten van klanten, om de activiteiten structureel te verbeteren. Je neemt deel aan dagelijkse operationele vergaderingen om de verschillende klachten en de daaruit voortvloeiende acties nader toe te lichten. Je draagt voortdurend bij aan een veilige werkomgeving en ziet er nauwlettend op toe dat de veiligheidsinstructies in het magazijn worden nageleefd. Je bewaakt en ontwikkelt expertise in de verschillende processen van het magazijn via SAP. Je zorgt ervoor dat het werk in overeenstemming met de ISO- en OHSAS-normen wordt uitgevoerd. Je werkt actief mee aan de jaarlijkse ISO- en OHSAS-audits. Je rapporteert regelmatig resultaten en belangrijke informatie aan je leidinggevenden. Je weet hoe je ideeën voor verbetering moet opbouwen, delen met je collega's en implementeren, tot de controle op het naleven van de nieuwe procedures toe. Je bent beschikbaar en flexibel als je wordt opgeroepen voor incidenten (vrij zeldzaam).

JOUW PROFIEL

Je hebt een bachelordiploma, bij voorkeur in een vakgebied dat verband houdt met transport en logistiek. Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in administratief beheer, opvolging van klachten of projectopvolging. Je hebt bij voorkeur een eerste werkervaring opgedaan in de logistiek. Je spreekt perfect Nederlands of Frans en hebt idealiter een goede kennis van de tweede landstaal. Je hebt goede informaticavaardigheden (Office, MS Dynamic, SAP of een andere ERP). Je werkt graag in teamverband. Je neemt initiatief en hebt een “problem solver” mentaliteit Je bent klantgericht en houdt ervan te werken met verschillende persoonlijkheden.

Het Supply Center Schaarbeek kan rekenen op de expertise en de inzet van ongeveer 40 medewerkers op zijn site in Schaarbeek (Haren). Deze werkplaats bestrijkt een brede waaier aan multidisciplinaire activiteiten: productie en levering van langgelaste spoorstaven, onderhoud van speciale werktuigen voor de infrastructuur, fabricage en nazicht van elektronische componenten en van onderdelen voor de seininrichting en supply center van Infrabel.
