Bij onze partner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige rekruteringsproces voor de verschillende filialen.
- Als ervaren recruiter ben je verantwoordelijk voor rekruterings- en selectieopdrachten van A tot Z voor zowel voor vaste contracten als interimmissies. Je analyseert de rekruteringsbehoeften en vertaalt ze in een aantrekkelijke vacaturetekst.
- Je identificeert potentiële, actief en latent zoekende kandidaten via sociale media, searches op jobsites en via partners.
- Je voert telefonische screenings uit, staat in voor diepte-interviews, maakt selectierapporten en stelt kandidaten voor aan de collega’s Managers.
- Je zorgt mee voor de onbaording van nieuwe collega’s
- Tot slot kan je ook meewerken aan algemene HR-projecten in functie van je interesses en verworven expertise
Een hart voor rekruteren en klaar voor een volgende stap in je carrière? Super Verder gaan we op zoek naar onderstaand profiel:
- Je behaalde een bachelordiploma, bij voorkeur in een relevante richting, en hebt ongeveer drie jaar ervaring op het vlak van rekrutering.
- Je hebt veel ervaring met de proactieve werving van kandidaten via sociale media (bv. LinkedIn) en met het opzetten van doelgerichte arbeidsmarktcommunicatie en marketingacties.
- Je bent gedreven, bezit overtuigingskracht en flexibiliteit
- Je kan vlot overweg met MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Je beschikt over uitstekende mondelinge en redactionele vaardigheden in het Nederlands en het Frans. Engels is een plus.
