Als Office Assistant bij GUBERNA, gelegen in het trendy complex Tour&Taxis in Brussel, ben jij de spil in het web van hun operationele activiteiten. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt en hun dienstverlening van topkwaliteit blijft. Ontdek snel meer over deze veelzijdige functie


Wat ga je doen?

  • Warm welkom: Jij bent het vriendelijke gezicht dat bezoekers, leveranciers en leden begroet.
  • Postverwerking: Je beheert de interne postdistributie en uitgaande correspondentie vlekkeloos.
  • Beheer van vergaderzalen: Je plant en organiseert vergaderingen nauwgezet.
  • Office management: Dankzij jou zijn de kantoorruimtes altijd opgeruimd en de voorraden altijd op peil.
  • Veiligheidsmaatregelen: Je zorgt ervoor dat alle preventie- en beschermingsmaatregelen strikt worden opgevolgd.

Daarnaast ondersteun je:

  • Boekhouding: Van het verwerken van aankoopfacturen tot het voorbereiden van betalingsdossiers.
  • HR-taken: Verjaardagen, ziektes en andere speciale gelegenheden een personal touch geven.
  • Administratieve ondersteuning: Assisteren bij verschillende bestuursactiviteiten en strategische vergaderingen.
  • Evenementen en activiteiten: Een cruciale rol spelen bij het organiseren van evenementen.

  • Minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Frans, goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Vaardigheid met MS Office en andere digitale tools.
  • Je krijgt energie van het combineren van logistieke, administratieve en organisatorische taken.
  • Servicegericht met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Zelfstandig, proactief en stressbestendig.
  • Nauwkeurig en precies in al je taken.

  • Een vast contract vanaf dag 1.
  • 38-urige werkweek.

  • Een fulltime positie met een vaste werkplek bij Tour&Taxis, goed bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer.

  • 20 dagen jaarlijks verlof + 12 dagen extra-legaal verlof.
